Why our per-vial price looks too low
No importer. No local warehouse. No retail middleman. Your box ships direct from our European facility in bulk, so the only costs between the source and you are manufacturing, testing and shipping.
Traditional vendors buy small, mark up for a storefront and a warehouse, and post one vial at a time. You pay for all of that. We took it out. We make a thin margin on volume instead of a fat margin on each vial. That is the whole trick, and there isn’t a catch.
It is also why we can’t sell you one vial. There is no local stock to break open — a 10-box is the smallest thing that exists between the lab and your door. If you want to try a single vial before committing, buy one from a local reseller. That is a reasonable thing to do, and we are the wrong shop for it.
