How orders are shipped and stored on arrival. This page is practical, not marketing.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our European facility with tracking, within 48 hours of payment reconciliation.
The batch assay is held against the batch number and provided on request. Downloadable certificates aren't published on the site yet, and we never invent lab results.
Delivery times
We ship worldwide. Typical delivery is around two weeks (~14 days) depending on destination. Tracking is provided on every order.
You are the importer of record and responsible for local import compliance.
Storage on arrival
Store lyophilised vials at 2–8°C, away from light. Bacteriostatic water may be stored at room temperature.
After reconstitution, keep refrigerated and use within the window stated on the batch sheet.
Returns
Because these are temperature-sensitive research compounds, we handle issues case by case. Contact us with your order reference if a shipment arrives damaged, doesn't arrive, or an assay query arises — our delivery guarantee covers non-arrival: we reship once at our cost, or refund in full.
