Terms of sale
These terms govern your use of the EuroPep storefront and any order you place. They sit alongside the research-use disclaimer, which forms part of them.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to acquire research compounds where you are.
All products are supplied for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human consumption, are not medicines, and are not sold or presented with any medicinal, therapeutic, or physique claims.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in EUR. Applicable VAT is shown at checkout. We may decline or cancel any order, including where we cannot lawfully supply to your destination.
An order is confirmed once payment is reconciled against your unique order reference.
Payment
At checkout you select your country and are routed to a local bank-transfer method (iDEAL, Bancontact, BLIK, Sofort, or SEPA), with a card fallback where offered. Bank transfers settle to a business account and are reconciled to your order reference before dispatch.
Bank transfer offers you less buyer protection than a card payment — there is no chargeback mechanism. Our refund policy and support exist to stand behind the order in its place.
Delivery and title
Goods are dispatched from our European facility with tracking. Risk passes on delivery to your nominated address.
You are the importer of record for your destination and responsible for any local compliance on receipt.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EuroPep is not liable for any use of the compounds outside a controlled research setting. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
