What we collect
Order data you provide: name, email, delivery address, and country. Payment is handled by your bank or a payment provider — we do not store full card details.
Basic technical data (e.g. approximate region from IP) used only to pre-select your currency and country at checkout.
How we use it
To process and dispatch your order, send tracking and order updates, provide support, and meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to fulfil your order (payment, shipping) under appropriate agreements.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We retain order records only as long as needed for the order and to meet legal/accounting requirements.
